MapMerge Install Instructions
Choose option A or option B to install MapMerge
READ OR PRINT ALL INSTRUCTIONS COMPLETELY BEFORE CONTINUING TO OTHER PAGES
Option A
1. Go to
www.marketdatacenter.com then
click on MapMerge Downloads
on the top of the page. Choose the 1st item that says Download MapMerge Setup
Software, it will prompt you for a username and password (listed below) Choose
to save it to disk, pay attention to where you save it to, the desktop is the
easiest place to save it. After it's downloaded, find the file (setup.exe) and
double click it to install it.
User Name: intredlink
Password: tester
2. Follow prompts on the screen
3. When prompted to, enter your Name, Company Name and LOGIN ID = ___________
(Provided by Market Data Center)
4. After install is complete you will need to run a weekly sales update, and
please delete the file setup.exe
WEEKLY SALES UPDATES
Run updates weekly. The update program runs unattended until complete. MapMerge
must be closed when running updates.
1. Click “START”
2. “PROGRAMS”
3. “MAPMERGE FOR WINDOWS”
4. “MAPMERGE INTERNET UPDATE”
5. “SALES UPDATE”
INDEXING
NOTE: The Indexing can take up to several hours but can be left unattended.
(Depending on computer speed)
When complete, screen will display “MapMerge update is complete. Press any key
to continue…”.
Press any key – FINISHED- appears in banner at top of screen.
Click on the “X” in upper right corner. MapMerge is now ready to use!
